One of Guyatt and Moffatt’s founding partners, Michael Guyatt graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1978 and obtained his Chartered Accounting (CA) designation in 1980. Prior to starting Guyatt & Moffatt in 1985, he was a Tax Manager at Deloitte. His specializations are in tax, and he has completed the CICA advanced tax courses in both personal and corporate tax.

In his spare time, Mike can be seen on the ski hill, golf course, riding his bike and spending time with his family and two grandchildren.
